Terms and Conditions


TERMS OF BUSINESS

Standard terms and conditions of business for food & catering orders are set out below. Headings are used for ease of reference only and do not affect the construction of this agreement.

BOOKINGS

  • All food and catering orders are subject to minimum numbers set by Ching's Kitchen and should be placed in advance, these will be confirmed to the clients.
  • All bookings will be confirmed by email upon receipt of deposit.
  • Delivery is free within Epsom & Ewell otherwise a small charge may be added.
  • A small fee is chargeable for full buffet set up, overnight equipment hire, collection and cleaning post event.  This will be dependent on location and will be outlined in our initial quotation.

PAYMENT

  • £50 deposit is required to secure your catering booking. Deposit paid will be deducted from the total cost. This is non-refundable if booking is cancelled 14 days prior to delivery.
  • Full payment is required 14 days prior to event. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • In the unfortunate event of a booking having to be cancelled within 7 days prior to date, 50% of the total cost will be incurred.
  • We will offer full refund if your event cannot go ahead in situation where the government put restrictions in place.

ALLERGENS

All of our food is supplied in a common kitchen and we cannot guarantee that cross contact with other allergen-containing products will not occur. Please notify Ching's Kitchen at the time of ordering if you have any allergen sensitivities or intolerance.

FORCE MAJEURE

Ching's Kitchen shall not have any liability or be deemed to be in breach of this agreement for any delays or failures in performance which result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

GENERAL

  • Ching's Kitchen reserve the right to change our Terms of Business when necessary due to the continual evolving nature of our business.

  • By making food & catering orders, you agree to accept this agreement.

  • Nothing in this notice affects your statutory rights.
