I can’t pin point the exact moment it began but touching food at a very early age made me realise my deep love for cooking. My passion grew when my family opened a small cafe in Manila. Helping cook traditional Filipino meals and learning basic cooking skills - always guided by my Mum.
Later on, after working for several years in Abu Dhabi's 5-star hospitality trade, I moved to the UK to start a family. A local club gave me the opportunity to cater for one of their sporting events which made me finally take the plunge of following my dream to do what I love the most. In 2016, Ching’s Kitchen was established.
At Ching's Kitchen we pride ourselves in offering authentic Southeast Asian catering and snack boxes for local delivery service. With sensibly sourced ingredients we fuse the traditional flavours of oriental spices to offer a wide selection of homemade dishes.
Whatever your occasion we strive to make your event memorable, a little easier to organise and a lot tastier. If you need catering for as few as 10 to as many as 100 people, we can help. If you'd like a special treat, we can deliver a fresh Asian Munch Box directly to your door, perfect for any day or occasion.
